Accessibility statement

Lulu's exists to make hair care work for people other places don't make room for, and we want this website to work the same way.

What we've done

• We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
• Text and background colors are checked for contrast in both light and dark mode.
• The whole site works with a keyboard. Press Tab from the top of any page to reveal a "Skip to content" link.
• Every image has a text description and every form field has a label. Form errors are announced to screen readers.
• If your device is set to reduce motion, the opening animation, page transitions and scroll effects are switched off.
• Pop-ups (search, menu, booking question) keep keyboard focus inside them, close with Esc, and return you to where you were.
